GENERAL  INSTRUCTIONS

TO CANDIDATES  FOR  REGISTRATION & SUBMISSION OF  ONLINE/ OFFLINE  APPLICATION

 

Read all the instructions & eligibility criteria as per the advertisement and details given on RVUN’s website. Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria, especially of Date of Birth, Qualification, etc.

 

You can apply through “Online Procedure”  or  “Offline Procedure”, as you wish. Both these procedures are detailed hereunder :-

 

(A)     On-line  Procedure

 

If you are eligible & willing to apply through “Online Procedure”, then first “Register” yourself on RVUN’s website – www.rvunl.com, deposit ‘Fee’ and then fill  Application ‘ONLINE’ only.

 

Before proceeding for “Registration” on the website, ensure that :-

 

(i)      You possess a valid “E-mail ID”. In case, you are already not having your valid E-mail ID, you can create a new E-mail ID.

(ii)     Printer is attached with your computer system.

 

(A)  Procedure of  “Registration” :-

 

(i)     Go to RVUN’s website www.rvunl.com, open the link 'CAREER' and thereafter, open the link - “Recruitment Of Technician-III/ Plant Attendant-III/ Hydel Operator-III – 2012”.

(ii)    Go to the Step-2 and click the link – “Click Here for Registration & to Print Challan for Depositing Prescribed Fee”.

(iii)   Fill all information required for “Registration”, ‘Submit’ it, Check the information fed and thereafter ‘Confirm’ the same.

(iv)   On confirming, a unique "Registration Number" will appear and simultaneously, a “Challan Form” will also be generated.

 

(B)  Procedure of depositing “Application Fee”  :-

 

(i)     Deposit the ‘fee’ through above “Challan” from  27.01.2012  to  18.02.2012  in any branch of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ) situated in all over India in "SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No. 61149945881".

(ii)    Obtain “counterfoils” (RVUN’s Copy & Candidate's Copy) of the Challan duly filled by the Branch Official with following details :-

 

 

(a)  Branch Name & Code Number,

(b)  Journal/ Host Trace No. and

(c)  Date of Deposit & Amount.

 

Personally ensure that all these entries are legible.

 

(C)  Procedure of submitting Online Application :-

 

(i)     Revisit the 'CAREER' page on RVUN’s website.  First click the link - “Recruitment  Of  Technician-III/ Plant Attendant-III/ Hydel Operator-III – 2012” and then go to the Step-3 by clicking the sub-link - "Click here to Apply Online after Registration & Depositing the Application Fee" for opening the prescribed Online Application Format.

(ii)    Carefully fill all necessary details and upload your scanned ‘Photograph’  &  ‘Signature’ and then ‘Submit’ it.

(iii)   Check &  ensure that all entries are correct and then only ‘Confirm’ the same.

(iv)   Take a printout of the system generated online Application & keep it for your record, but don’t send it at Nigam’s address or any other address.

 

NOTE :-  RVUN will not be responsible for bouncing back of any E-mail/ SMS sent to or by a candidate.

 

 

(B)     Off-line  Procedure

 

“OFFLINE  Applications” should reach at the given address by the  18^th February, 2012.

 

(a)     Procedure of depositing “Application Fee”  :-

 

(i)     Take a printout of the prescribed format of “Fee-Challan” and “Application Form” from RVUN’s website www.rvunl.com.

(ii)    Deposit the ‘fee’ through above “Challan” from  27.01.2012  to  18.02.2012  in any branch of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ) situated in all over India in "SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No. 61149945881".

(iii)   Obtain “counterfoils” (RVUN’s Copy & Candidate's Copy) of the Challan duly filled by the Branch Official with following details :-

 

 

(a)  Branch Name & Code Number,

(b)  Journal/ Host Trace No. and

(c)  Date of Deposit & Amount.

 

Personally ensure that all these entries are legible.

 

(b)    Procedure of submitting Off-line Application :-

 

(i)     Carefully fill all necessary details in the format of “Application Form” available on website, affix your recent passport-size colour photograph and sign across on it as well as at other space(s) provided in the Application Form.

 

Alternatively, you may get the above referred format of Application, typed on paper of 13”x8” size and fill in the same manner.

 

(ii)    Send the completely filled application form, alongwith original ‘Counterfoil of RVUN’s copy’ of  “fee payment Challan” by “Ordinary Post” only, in a closed envelope clearly mentioning "Application for the post of Technician-III/ Plant Attendant-III/ Hydel Operator-III, 2012". It should reach on or before 18^th February, 2012 at the following address:-

NOTE :-  RVUN will not be responsible for :-

 

i.      bouncing back of any E-mail/ SMS sent to or by a candidate;  and

 

ii.    any postal  delay in receipt of Application Form or loss of Application Form/ Photograph/ Fee Payment Challan in transit or delay in submission of Application Form within the specified time.
